I use the full-sodium kind in this marinade but you can swap with reduced sodium as desired. The tofu marinade takes about 5 minutes of hands-on time before going into the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes.

Soft will not work. Use a marinade with an acid like vinegar or lime juice.
